Public plugin catalog CSV export

Eligible ChatGPT Enterprise workspace owners and admins can download a CSV of the public plugins visible to their workspace. The export includes plugin, app, and Chat skill names and descriptions, along with developer, version, date added in UTC, and OpenAI verification metadata. Open Admin > Plugins, select Public, and then select the download icon (Export CSV). The export uses a public-catalog snapshot that can be up to 48 hours old and does not include plugins created for the workspace. It isn't available in FedRAMP workspaces.
