As mobile robots become increasingly integrated into everyday environments, privacy risks arising from onboard cameras have become a growing concern. Ultra-low-resolution (ULR) RGB can mitigate visual privacy exposure at the source, but ULR appearance alone substantially limits semantic and spatial understanding.
